Shipping
We ship all over Italy and in the European Economic Community using private couriers such as
BRT,
GLS and
SDA, which allow us to offer an express delivery service insured and to track the location of the parcel from the time of his departure from our warehouse until the arrival to the customer. If you wish to receive more information about our delivery service, we invite you to send an email to

Delivery
The orders of accessories are shipped within 24 hours if the selected product is in stock, if not, within 14 working days unless special problems that will still be promptly communicated to the customer. In any case, if the customer chooses the transfer as a method of payment, the product will be shipped only after verifying the bank transaction.
The processing times for the purchase of bicycles depend on the actual availability of the product in size and color. These times will be determined upon receipt of the order and not before the request for payment. If the bike is not available because production will be required to pay a deposit for the booking, subject to agreement with the customer.
On the day of dispatch will be sent a confirmation email containing the sales invoice, tracking number of the package and other useful information to monitor the shipment.
Deliveries in Italy are made within 24 or 48 hours depending on the destination (particular areas or islands employ a longer time), not counting weekends and holidays. Deliveries abroad depend on the destination city, but on average not exceed 14 working days.
Our staff keeps monitored every shipment until it does not reach its destination through the portal made available by the courier in case of problems of any kind (customer absent, address not found, etc.) we will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Cost of shipping in Italy
For orders over 79€ the shipping is
FREE in Italy except special promotions that may not include shipping. For orders below this amount the shipping cost of the accessories is 15€, while for the bicycle is 30€ each. There is a surcharge for shipments to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Minor Islands, Venice, Livigno, this supplement will be notified in the order confirmation.
IMPORTANT: if the courier is unable to deliver the package due to non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery or due to partial or incorrect address provided, the package will be put in storage for a maximum of 3 working days. So the customer can pick up the package from the courier depot, in the event that exceeded the maximum time of storage the package will back in our warehouse. In this case the cost of the stock and a new shipment will be charged entirely to the customer even if he withdraws the order.

Delivery
Upon receipt of the items you will need to perform the following checks:
- The products and the packaging must be intact
- The number of items must correspond exactly to the transport document
- Firmare con riserva di verifica la ricevuta di consegna del corriere
Any anomalies or disputes must be reported immediately to the carrier and subsequently forwarded to the email address

Delivery is to the address and not the floor, so it is customer's responsibility to bring the package at your home. We recommend our customers the availability to facilitate a positive outcome of the delivery, and for those who ask only for shipments to Italy, you can request a delivery service by appointment by the additional cost of 3€.
Transport damage
If at the time of delivery the package is not perfectly intact, you must sign the document of carriage of the carrier in the space provided on the document noting the following statement:
SIGNATURE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. In case of delivery of a bicycle we invite the customer to sign anyway subject to inspection receipt of delivery courier, mandatory clause to enable the insurance in case of damage.
Note: only the goods accepted with subject will be repaired or replaced in the case is damaged during shipping.
In case of damage please send an email within 48 hours to
assistenza@cicliservadei.it indicating the following data:
- order number
- description of the incident with one or more attached photos
- phone number to contact you.
We will manage the practice in the shortest time possible.
